While High 5 is designed to promote individual decision making and to give teens agency over their own purchases, we realize that parents, teachers, mentors and other group leaders often play a major role in planning group trips. That's one reason we introduced our Take 5 Program, which makes teen arts attendance just that much more within reach for you, the arts-enthusiatic parent, teacher or mentor. With Take 5 you can:

Pay $25 for a package of SIX tickets
Enjoy New York City's finest cultural events
Introduce teenagers to the arts
Encourage parental involvement
Look "really cool" in a teen's eyes

It's pretty simple, really. For every fifth ticket you buy, your sixth ticket is free. A parent and five teens, or two parents and four teens, or part of the school drama club and two teachers, or even just a group of teenage friends. You can choose from hundreds of High 5 events available each season... everything from Amateur Night Live! at the Apollo Theatre to Jazz at Lincoln Center. But, as always, our events are limited to availability. We do our best, however, to work with the organizations and get as many teens in the front door as possible. If we can't get your group into a show, however, we'll work with you to find an event you can attend.

There are several easy ways to buy a Take 5 package, with as little or as much assistance from the High 5 staff as you need. If you're comfortable on computers, go from browsing our calendar to a confirmed Online Purchase through our website and Ticketweb (a secure, third-party vendor). For those who'd prefer to talk with someone in High 5's sales department, submit an online Take 5 Reservation Request form or call our Sales Hotline at 212.445.8587.

Using our website for an Online Purchase of six tickets for the price of five is just as easy as buying a single ticket. Choose a show you want to take a group to and click on the yellow 'BUY TICKETS' icon. On the "Order Tickets" page, enter the optional Access Code: Hi5Tk5 and click Apply Access Code. A new drop-down list will appear under 'Type of Ticket' -- select 6 tickets under the Take 5 type category and proceed through the rest of checkout. Your order is filled right then and there, as long as we have the inventory.

The Take 5 Reservation Request, located here and linked on the right side of every Event Description webpage, is a great option for anyone who wants to finish their purchase with a Sales rep or who simply needs to buy more than six tickets to a single performance. Fill out the form online, or print it out and mail or fax it to us. Once we receive your request, we'll call or email to confirm. We accept cash, check or credit card for payment, but due to security concerns, we cannot accept credit card information through our online form. We'll take that info when we call and confirm your order. For those who need to use cash or check, we'll work out when you can drop off payment.
